About the Teaching Artist:
Mary Peterson is a mixed media artist and an art enrichment programs instructor for students in the Edmonds School District life skills program. She is passionate about the empowering people with disabilities and co-founded Art for All, an organization that supports artists with disabilities in making and exhibiting their art. She is a recipient of the Everett Cultural Arts Commission Mayors Art Award for Arts Changing Lives. Her artwork has been exhibited in many local shows and galleries.
